We’re looking for a driven and strategic professional to join our team as a Senior Manager or Manager in Underwriting.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver tailored training sessions for distribution channels, focusing on risk assessment and underwriting knowledge.
Coordinate and lead targeted sessions for the H&P Ambassador Program and digital tools training.
Serve as a primary point of contact for the agency channel, addressing Underwriting inquiries.
Facilitate regular and impactful communication with distribution channels to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and accurate support to drive channel growth.
Manage multiple demands from distribution channels while maintaining high standards of service.
