Manager, Underwriting

We’re looking for a driven and strategic professional to join our team as a Senior Manager or Manager in Underwriting.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and deliver tailored training sessions for distribution channels, focusing on risk assessment and underwriting knowledge.
+ Coordinate and lead targeted sessions for the H&P Ambassador Program and digital tools training.
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for the agency channel, addressing Underwriting inquiries.
+ Facilitate regular and impactful communication with distribution channels to ensure their needs are met effectively.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and accurate support to drive channel growth.
+ Manage multiple demands from distribution channels while maintaining high standards of service.

+ Degree or equivalent business qualifications
