Manager, Underwriting

Overview

The Manager, Underwriting role oversees the new and renewal underwriting portfolio of workers’ compensation and multi-line accounts and clients for the Western Region. The role provides leadership and management for staff of Underwriters and Underwriting Assistants who are responsible for underwriting, review, and placement of risks with AmTrust. The team is focused on business from $500 to $100,000 in written premium. This individual is responsible for the profitable growth of the portfolio and maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.
