Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operations of the used vehicle sales department
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase used vehicle sales and achieve revenue targets
• Train, coach, and mentor sales team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Manage inventory levels and pricing to maximize profitability
