About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Vendor Partner to oversee and optimize our network of outsourced transportation partners, with a strong focus on taxi and stretcher (non-emergency medical transportation) providers.

In this role, you will ensure vendors consistently deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality transportation services while meeting contractual, regulatory, and performance expectations. You will play a key role in strengthening vendor partnerships, improving service outcomes, and supporting efficient, patient- and customer-centered operations.
