The Volunteer Manager is responsible for developing and leading the organisation's volunteer and membership strategy, ensuring that volunteers and members are sustainably recruited, effectively engaged, and well‑supported. This role oversees volunteer and member recruitment, reactivation, training, engagement, and recognition, while ensuring effective policies, partnerships, and risk management practices are in place. The Volunteer Manager also drives collaboration with community stakeholders, social service agencies (SSAs), corporate partners, and relevant agencies to advance organisational outcomes.
