About the role:
The Volunteer Manager will be responsible for driving the strategy, planning, and execution of Bhumi's volunteer engagement initiatives through Bhumi Clubs. The role demands a strong people leader who can build systems, develop volunteer leaders, and inspire a culture of active citizenship.
About the Program:
Bhumi is building one of India’s largest volunteer movements. By 2030, we aim to engage 10 lakh volunteers through Bhumi Clubs, a grassroots movement of volunteers and leaders enabling hyperlocal contributions to their own communities. Every Bhumi volunteer is a changemaker, and an active citizen working toward a better India.
Roles and Responsibilities:
