Manager - Warehouse

As the Warehouse Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing team while driving change and improving operational efficiency. You will establish strong communication practices, engage employees, and implement process improvements to support continuous improvement. You will work in in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with meaningful opportunities for growth.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Manage end-to-end warehouse operations for 100,000 Sq.ft Warehouse and Assembly Plant
+ Drive operational KPIs including Inbound, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time delivery, and compliance with company standards
+ Ensure full compliance with HR policies, workplace safety regulations, and all relevant legal and statutory obligations
+ Identify and implement lean/continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput
