Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Wealth Operations is responsible for executing strategic plans & budget plans, managing U.S. securities and tax processes, and overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance and high service standards. Key duties include managing Wealth Operations & Licensing processes, monitoring escalations, performing regulatory gap analysis, and driving process improvements.

This role requires strong leadership to foster a values‑aligned culture, recruit and retain talent, and effectively manage risks. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Wealth or Securities Services Operations, with strong knowledge of Wealth Operations & Products, and proven skills in capacity planning, operations, and project management. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
