OPEN POSITIONS:
RESTAURANT MANAGER (RM4000 – RM6000)
Oversee all restaurant operations, drive profitability, and lead our service and kitchen teams. Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. 5+ years F&B management experience required.
WINE SOMMELIER (RM3000 – RM5000)
Curate and manage our wine program while enhancing guest experiences through expert pairings. Train staff on wine knowledge and coordinate tastings. Certified sommelier qualification preferred.
SUPERVISOR (RM2500 – RM3500)
Assist the Manager in daily operations and supervise floor staff. Handle guest complaints, monitor service quality, and conduct shift briefings. 2–3 years supervisory experience required.
