Your role and responsibilities

Workforce Optimisation & Predictive Planning

• Lead the design of advanced workforce planning and optimisation models, using predictive analytics, simulation and scenario techniques.
• Move planning from reactive to proactive by analysing and integrating the demand drivers, seasonality, growth and translating them into intelligent forecasting frameworks.
• Enable data‑driven decisions on workforce mix (fixed, flexible, third‑party) based on supply factors (qualifications, availabilities etc.) and develop the fut...
