Manager (YTL Learning Academy)

Manager (YTL Learning Academy) is responsible for leading the training and development of the company. Ultimately, you will be developing and implementing learning and development (L&D) strategies to build organizational capability through relevant training programmes and professional development initiatives.

• Assess and lead changes in the YTL Learning Academy team's structure in order to meet the goals of business growth.
• Provide strategic direction and development of sustainable leadership development programs within the business.
• Oversee the creation of training programmes, materials, content and collateral to ensure programmes are conducted within the allocated budgets and HRD Corp levy.
• Collaborate and build solid cross-functional relationships with departmental heads, management, partners and clients across the business.
