Manager (YTL Learning Academy) is responsible for leading the training and development of the company. Ultimately, you will be developing and implementing learning and development (L&D) strategies to build organizational capability through relevant training programmes and professional development initiatives.
Assess and lead changes in the YTL Learning Academy team's structure in order to meet the goals of business growth.
Provide strategic direction and development of sustainable leadership development programs within the business.
Oversee the creation of training programmes, materials, content and collateral to ensure programmes are conducted within the allocated budgets and HRD Corp levy.
Collaborate and build solid cross-functional relationships with departmental heads, management, partners and clients across the business.
Audit training packages periodically to identify and implement technological improvements or legislative requirements.
