Manager, Zone Operations (Alabang)

The Manager, Zone Operations engage and support our Agency Leaders and Financial Advisors on the different aspects of the business including but not limited to case issuance, advisor tagging and on-boarding, digital adoption, etc., collaborating with the leaders and their teams as well as the different business units is essential to be able to provide timely support, feedback and insights that can contribute to the productivity and headcount growth of the leaders.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Review pending requirements of applications that are beyond TAT and facilitate eventual issuance
+ Tracking and monitoring the tagging of new recruits
+ Tracking and monitoring of digital adoption of the distributors on digital tools being introduced by the company like ePOS, Manulife Access, VYMO, etc.
