Manager/Assistant Director

(What the role is)

As part of the SFA's Authorisation Management Department under the Authorisations Division, you will be responsible to drive systems and process improvements for SFA's food safety operations through strategic analysis of policy, operational and data requirements, project management, and stakeholder coordination. This role serves as a critical bridge between business users and technical solutions, ensuring that business and operational requirements are effectively translated into technology-driven solutions whilst facilitating cross-departmental coordination and regulatory compliance activities.
