Position Overview

HEPMIL Malaysia is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager/Assistant Manager to lead revenue growth across MGAG and Hepmil Creators Network (HCN). This role is responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing strategic client relationships, and leading end-to-end commercial engagements with brands and agencies. The ideal candidate is a strong hunter with 5–8+ years of experience in media, digital, or creator marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and performance-driven environment.
