Manager/Assistant Manager (Operations Management and Engagement Department)

The Hawker Centres Group (HCG) of NEA plays a lead role in managing and enhancing hawker centres, ensuring they remain places where people from all walks of life can enjoy affordable food in a clean and hygienic environment. HCG also reviews and implements hawker‑related policies that benefit both hawkers and the public.

• Tenancy Management : End‑to‑end management of stall tenancies, including ensuring stalls are tenantable, onboarding new stallholders, processing applications for transfers, assignments, joint operators, and terminations, as well as handling appeals for rental waivers, rebates, and remissions. Conduct tenancy inspections and enforce compliance with statutory and tenancy requirements.
