Manager/Senior Manager Accounting and financial outsourcing

As part of the accounting and financial outsourcing team, the incubent will be autonomous and able to plan, organize and direct accounting outsourcing mandates. They will be the key resource in the development of the staff assigned to these files, and this work also requires various interactions with managers and associates, as well as directly with customers.

At least 7 years’ general accounting experience, including a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar position;

Experience and recognized skills in team management: coaching, mobilization, supervision and skills development;

Excellent knowledge of accounting software (such as Quickbooks online, Acomba, Simply Accounting) and the MS Office suite;

Knowledge of Caseware and Taxprep software;

Ability to work under pressure, managing several mandates simultaneously while meeting deadlines and commitments;
