Due to business expansion and organisational growth, our client is looking to grow their corporate secretarial team based in Malaysia.Your New RoleAs a key member of the team, you’ll be trusted with handling and ensuring all secretarial functions are within statutory compliance, attend meetings and take minutes, reviewing and supervising, and completing ad-hoc tasks when required. What you’ll need to succeedTo ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

Min 5 years’ experience

Previous CoSec experience from CoSec firms

Prior exposure to different industries

Client management experience
