What the role is:

The Income Security Policy Division (ISPD) leads MOM’s efforts in empowering Singaporeans to plan and save for a secure retirement. Within ISPD, the Financial Planning Programme Department (FPPD) spearheads strategic communications, research, policy development, and international advocacy efforts to improve Singaporeans' financial wellbeing and retirement adequacy. FPPD also co-leads MoneySense—Singapore's national financial education programme—with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), helping Singaporeans manage their money well and make informed financial decisions on their own. You will help develop and advance partnership and advocacy efforts to improve financial literacy and retirement adequacy for Singaporeans.
