Project Assignment and Location

We are looking for
several Project Manager / Senior Project Manager candidates
to join our property development team. There are multiple projects across different locations:

1. Project Manager – IOI Resort City (Putrajaya)

• Responsible for managing the 50-storey
  office tower development

2. Project Manager – Puchong

• Responsible for overseeing a
  large-scale shopping mall project

3. Senior Project Manager – Puchong

• Responsible for
  external infrastructure works for a mixed development

Job Description

• To obtain all relevant approvals for the construction of the projects including layout plan, earthworks, infrastructure works, building plan approval and all other relevant approvals including the issuance of certificate of fitness and/or certificate of completion and compliance.
