Manager/Sr. Manager Hospitality

The Manager / Sr. Manager – Hospitality is responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, and overseeing hospitality services across premium residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects. This role bridges property management and luxury guest services to elevate the resident/occupant experience and support asset value.

• Design and deliver hospitality SOPs across all properties
• Manage concierge, front-desk, and lifestyle teams
• Oversee F&B, events, amenity operations & Club Operations.
• Drive resident satisfaction and NPS scores
• Vendor and contract management for hospitality services
• Liaise with sales and marketing for show-suite and launch experiences
• Ensure brand consistency across all resident touch-points
• Recruit, train, and mentor hospitality staff
• Handle escalations and VIP resident requests
• Resident satisfaction / NPS score
• SLA adherence for all service requests
