Managing Consultant - Disaster Recovery

**What You Will Do:**

+ Lead and manage disaster recovery and resilience engagements for state, local, and territorial (SLT) clients, with a focus on CDBG-DR, FEMA Public Assistance (PA), and other federal recovery programs
+ Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of federally funded grant programs, ensuring compliance with HUD, FEMA, and OMB Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200)
+ Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to senior government officials on disaster recovery strategy, funding utilization, and program delivery
+ Direct the development of policies, procedures, and internal controls to support compliant and efficient grants management
