We are seeking a confident and experienced operational leader to join our team as a Consultant, Clinical Services & Compensation. This is a fast‑paced and highly collaborative leadership role responsible for supporting and optimizing alternate care provider services across multiple acute care programs and hospital sites. The successful candidate will oversee a complex provider portfolio that supports patient care delivery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Description: The Consultant is a strategic operational leader responsible for the oversight, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Alternate Care Provider portfolio across multiple acute care programs and sites. The role provides operational leadership for employed and contracted alternate care providers, ensuring safe, sustainable, and high‑quality clinical coverage models that support patient care delivery 24/7.
