Now, we’re looking for a seasoned Managing Consultant, Human Resources (HR) to join our team and work directly alongside Kenny Ko, one of the country’s most respected HR recruitment leaders.

As part of our HR practice, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of clients and candidates across the Sydney market. You’ll bring curiosity, authenticity and courage to every interaction: unlocking potential, creating meaningful impact and strengthening TOM’s reputation for excellence.

What you’ll do

• Lead and grow a portfolio of HR clients across Sydney, delivering insight‑driven recruitment solutions.
