Job Description

Lead all industrial and agricultural operations (plantations, processing, supply chain).
Define and implement the operational and financial strategy.
Ensure compliance with international standards and sustainability commitments.
Supervise local teams and drive performance across sites in West Africa
Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and local authorities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Managing Director should have:

Proven experience in tropical agro-industry
Strong track record in Africa or Emerging Markets
Natural leadership, hands-on approach, and strategic vision.
Fluent in French and professional English.
