Role Overview
The Managing Director is a senior enterprise leadership role within BW Elara, reporting to the CEO and serving as a member of the Executive Management Team (EMT).
The role holds primary accountability for operational delivery, cross-functional integration, governance alignment and enterprise coordination across the business.
The position is designed to strengthen execution discipline and organisational integration across operational, technical and corporate domains. It requires a leader capable of balancing delivery excellence, risk management and stakeholder credibility in a complex operating environment.
Subject to the incumbent's development, performance and business evolution over time, there may be opportunities to assume broader leadership accountabilities within the business in future years.
