Position Summary
The Managing Director (Philippines) will report to the VP Global Operations and Supply Chain and play a key role leading the overall operation in Calamba. This position will be filled by an individual with exceptional drive and energy, demonstrating strong strategic, operational, and leadership skills, and has experience in high precision manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities
Develops the overall Factory Operations plan: annual budget, product and operating cost targets, resource planning, and production schedules to satisfy business objectives.
In conjunction with VP Operations, and Business Unit General Manager, establishes and monitors strategic plans consistent with the overall corporate growth and profitability objectives.
