Managing Director

We are seeking an accomplished Managing Director to lead our Client's semiconductor operations in the Philippines, providing full country leadership across technology, manufacturing, and business execution.
The Managing Director will have end-to-end responsibility for operations, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and site P&L, and will serve as the senior executive representative for the Philippines. Working closely with global headquarters and regional leadership, this role will align technology and manufacturing roadmaps with growth, capacity expansion, and operational excellence goals.
