Job Description

Managing Director China Your tasks
  • Value based strategic leadership and management of Blaser Swisslube China according to business plan and targets
  • Take sales initiatives and drive business together with Blaser China team. Lead sales projects and look after key accounts
  • P&L management for Blaser Swisslube China
  • Contribute to the development of target customer groups’ (focused segments and applications) with correct value propositions
  • Further refine sales management process in China according to KPI’s and vital parameters.
  • Lead and ensure the execution of „Take 25“ strategy in China
  • Make sure that customer enthusiasm will be always fulfilled.
  • Organizational leadership and compliance responsibility within Blaser Swisslube China
  • Responsible for Human Resources Management and its proper execution according process description HRM-Process (global).
