Managing Director - Digital Transformation

This position will manage the portfolio of initiatives under the Digital Transformation Program and other key initiatives and report directly to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Corporate Strategy and Development. Initiatives span operations and supply chain, sales and account operations, product development, services, and corporate functions and will encompass both business processes and systems / tools. This position will plan, organize, lead execution, and provide oversight of the key initiatives in different stages (concept phase, planned, in-flight). The position will be responsible for optimizing the governance structure for the initiatives, providing central visibility across all initiatives, and preparing updates to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the Board of Directors (BOD).
