The opportunity

The Managing Director, Enterprise Architecture and Emerging Technology is accountable for ensuring that Teachers’ has a forward-looking architecture, technology strategy and roadmap that is fully aligned with our current state, strategic direction and business objectives. This includes identifying opportunities and gaps in enterprise architecture required to achieve those objectives, with clear traceability to measurable business outcomes. In addition, this role serves as a central point for assessing emerging technologies through defined frameworks, partnerships, and experimentation. The role is critical to future‑proofing Teachers’ technology environment while ensuring adoption is responsible, secure, and value‑driven.
