Day-to-Day (D2D)

• Join regular senior forums (bi-weekly) with Tech & Operations leaders to discuss risks, issues, and priorities
• Run and review ongoing risk assessments across technology, cyber, and operations
• Engage first-line stakeholders (Tech, Ops, CISO, COO teams) to challenge and improve controls
• Provide credible challenge + practical insight (not just oversight)
• Monitor key and emerging risks (cyber, tech, resilience, execution risk)
• Support and review large tech initiatives / projects (project risk, execution risk)
• Contribute to board and management reporting
• Help build and mature the enterprise risk function (still evolving)
• Lead and develop a small team + broader shared resources

Must-Haves

• 12-15+ years experience in: technology risk, cyber risk, or information security
