The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Managing Director with a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead and scale a diversified investment portfolio growing from approximately $300M to $1B+ AUM. The portfolio spans real estate, private investments, and cross‑market financial assets, requiring a leader who can operate across asset classes, jurisdictions, and investment structures while driving disciplined performance and long‑term value creation. This role is ideal for a high‑agency, self‑starter operator who thrives in fast‑moving environments and leverages AI‑enabled tools, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making to enhance portfolio oversight and execution.
