MD, Head of Business & Professional Services ( B&PS ) role is responsible for leading a group of talented bankers (and leaders) to deliver on the strategy for the Industry sector. The role requires strong leadership acumen alongside the ability to lead senior client relationships up to c‑suite level.

The role forms part of the UK senior leadership team and is also a key component of the Global Industry team. An in‑depth understanding of how the B&PS sub‑industries work is an integral part of the role, as is understanding how best to prioritise commercial focus areas in order to maximise team growth and gain market share.
