The Head of AI and Digital Innovation is a senior executive responsible for leading BMO Capital Markets’ end-to-end AI and digital strategy. This role drives transformative client solutions, scales innovation across the business, and accelerates adoption of AI technologies to enable BMO Capital Markets to compete and thrive in a digital-first environment. The role is accountable for embedding AI-driven capabilities as core drivers of client value and revenue growth, with tangible commercial and measurable outcomes.
