Managing Director (MD), Technical Trade, Retail and Services
Altitude Executive Search is looking for a Managing Director to lead a 100+M€ business in the field of Technical Trade and Aftersales services. The business consists mainly of machinery import, retail/dealer operations and aftersales services. Growth strategy including international aspects of the business.
The MD position is a commercially driven P/L role. The key KPI's are growth, profitability, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. You are expected to further enhance the performance of the current business, however, you are also expected to create and drive new initiatives to expand and develop the business to ensure future competitiveness and strong market position. The company has a very solid financial position.
