Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
Develop the subsidiary in alignment with HQ framework.
Lead the subsidiary's business development efforts, identifying new markets, opportunities, and partnerships.
Set and monitor the achievement of targets and KPIs.
Ensure the subsidiary's strategy is responsive to industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.


2. Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast sales and revenue growth
Drive revenue generation by optimising sales processes and customer acquisition strategies.
Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Oversee the creation and execution of sales campaigns to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Innovate sales approaches to maintain and increase market share.
