Managing Director - M&A Due Diligence Consultant

Aon Is looking for a Managing Director for our risk & insurance due diligence team in the West Region of Aon’s M&A and Transaction Advisory Solutions practice.
We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced P&C professional within our Transaction Advisory Services team. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of a global team delivering M&A services to Private Equity and Corporate clients. As a risk & insurance due diligence consultant, you will work closely with the West Region diligence team and report into the regional practice leader.
Work Style: Hybrid - In office 3 days a week.
Job Responsibilities:

+ Lead due diligence projects of varying complexity.

+ Communicate internally with brokers, coverage / exposure experts, producers, client service team and M&A team members and collaborate to develop findings and solutions.
