Job Description
Lead the Foundation as Executive Director, overseeing all aspects of the Foundation's operations, providing leadership to staff and volunteers, coordinates with the Board of Directors and ensuring the successful execution of its mission.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Direct daily Foundation activities, optimizing efficiency across all functions.
Team Leadership
Supervise and inspire officers, employees, and volunteers with strong management and motivation.
Policy and Execution
Create, approve, and implement policies, procedures, and controls to meet or surpass goals.
Strategic Guidance
Develop medium-term/annual plans and budgets; support Board on long-term strategies.
Reporting
Deliver operation reports, forecasts at meetings; ensure regulatory compliance filings.
Other Duties
Handle additional Board-assigned tasks to advance the mission.
