Based in Singapore, the Operations & Managing Director oversees Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations and leads cross-functional collaboration across site functions to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, balancing global HQ standards with local execution.

As the senior representative of the Singapore site, the role partners closely with customers, regulators, and enterprise leadership while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture that supports safe, reliable, and profitable growth across the Asia Pacific region.
