Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for company's overall business operations inclusive of administrative and operational support in legal, financial/accounting, HR/General Affairs, QEHS, Internal Control and IT.
• 2. Fulfills the fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of the Company and maximize the profit of the Company in short term, medium term and long term.
• 3. Plans, develops and establishes Company's goals and objectives.
• 4. Formulates business plans and strategies with Directors for future and long term directions.
• 5. Maintains frequent communications with Company Executives and Board members to advise on strategic issues.
• 6. Responsible for making a quarterly Group Company Representative's Report that includes the status of required compliance and updated Internal Control activities to Headquarter and Board of Directors.
