Job Description
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the interior design and fit-out business
- Drive business development, sales growth, and tender acquisition
- Oversee interior design, renovation, and fit-out project operations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Approve project budgets, quotations, variations, and major procurement
- Oversee cost control, project margins, and overall company profitability
- Manage key client, developer, consultant, and main contractor relationships
- Lead and manage senior management, designers, project managers, and site teams
- Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with building, safety, and regulatory requirements (e.g. BCA, MOM, workplace safety)
