This Position Requires
Overall responsible for the management, operations and performance of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Asia Pte Ltd and branches in assigned regions.
Lead and drive the organization towards achievement of objectives.
The Incumbent Will Have To Perform
Organize and take responsibility for the effective operations of entities and branches within assigned regions.
Develop, direct, review and control the overall business plans and strategies, policies and programmes of the organization within established corporate and business guidelines.
Establish and maintain strong relations withboth internal and external stakeholders tomaximize revenue and profit potential while at the same timeformulate and implement strategies toachieve aggressive growth targets.
Advise Japan HQ on strategic issues andpresents organization's business andperformance to the board.
