Roles & Responsibilities This position is responsible for the company’s business operations in Singapore, including but not limited to the following:
Develop business plan & business strategy
Develop a risk management framework, policy and process
Develop and establish financial budget and plans
Develop and maintain business continuity strategies, policies and guidelines
Develop managers and high potential employees through organizational talent capability review
Establish and maintain strategic business partner relationships
Facilitate innovation process within the organizationLead managers and staffs to develop organizational and governance strategies
Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures
Management of Revenue
Management of Head office functions
Provide leadership during crisis situations
Resolve conflicts with stakeholders
Communicate and report to the group companies in Malaysia and Japan regularly
