On behalf of a fast-growing international group, we are recruiting a Managing Director to lead its Spanish subsidiary, operating in road signage equipment and urban infrastructure / public realm solutions.
Your mission
Position the subsidiary as a leading player in Spain, embody the Group's vision, ambitions and values, strengthen the organisation and operating processes, accelerate commercial momentum, and deliver a rapid return to profitability.
Key responsibilities
Lead and chair the Executive/Management Committee; directly manage the sales team.
Develop, structure and upskill teams (sales/technical): capabilities, ways of working, performance culture.
Design and execute marketing and operational action plans to achieve revenue, margin and profitabilitytargets.
