Managing Director - Technology / Transformation Executive Search

My client, a 30+ head Tech & Transformation Exec Search specialist , are hiring for an MD to take over and drive their London HQ.

In this role, you will be inheriting an established team of 15, focusing on the following:

• 
  
• People development – 80% of this role is people facing, being able to drive growth and performance across your team is essential.
  
• Headcount expansion – The aim is to grow this to a minimum of 30-heads by EOY ’26, with remit to hire across all levels.
  
• Business Development – you MUST be hands‑on client side, pitching & winning retained mandates across Professional & Financial Services.
