Position Summary The Managing Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the long‑term sustainability of the synagogue. This position works in close partnership with the Board of Directors, Rabbi, staff, and congregants to ensure the synagogue thrives as a spiritual, cultural, and communal hub. The Managing Director’s key responsibilities include fundraising and development, staff management, board liaison and the execution of strategic priorities.
