Title: Managing Quantity Surveyor 

Location: Solihull

We’re looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to deal with the commercial management and support the delivery of Education and Healthcare FM projects across the UK. You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day commercial management of multi‑site FM contracts worth around £m. Experience with PFI, JCT, LIFTco, NEC/NEC or similarly complex contracts is highly beneficial.

This role offers flexible/remote working, with occasional travel to either our Solihull or Newcastle office and visits to project sites.
