I’m currently partnering with a top-10 Tier 1 main contractor , renowned for delivering complex, high-value commercial construction projects , who is now looking to appoint an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead one of their commercial teams.

This is a senior leadership position, responsible for the commercial performance of a portfolio of projects and the line management of a team of 5–10 Quantity Surveyors . The role suits a commercially strategic professional who enjoys leading people as much as leading projects.
